When I decided to take up running, it was with the grandiose goal of running the DMT Marathon. I started running in March, thinking that I would be ready to run a marathon in June. Keep in mind I had been a smoker for 15 years prior to starting to run. Needless to say, I have yet to run any marathon, including the DMT. Someday though. I think next June is a good goal.

In Ditty Bop news, if you go to http://www.kcrw.com/show/mb you will see that the station has a video as well as streaming audio of the Bops playing live. There are a number of great bands that work their way through this studio. For a neo-folk treat, check out Bright Eyes' performance.

Good luck and enjoy.Phil Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05620728104468831565noreply@blogger.com
