My brother's always touting the great weather in San Francisco. There are some times of the year, though, when there's not a lot of difference. Which is the forecast for that rugged South Dakota weather, and which for easy-going San Fran?

I love it! I have family in Kansas who enjoy taunting me with the nice weather they have there, too. However, a month ago, I took a lot of pleasure when I called them during a blizzard...and we had spent the whole day walking around town, soaking up the sun. I'll take my victories where I can get 'em. :)
The nippy nights still distinguish us from those coastal regions, don't they. Sometimes it's very nice here, though, and we need to hold our pale heads high.
